Sina Technology News Beijing time in July 11th morning news, the US chip manufacturer Analog Devices (ADI) on Tuesday said that it has been working with Baidu to promote the development of Baidu automatic driving technology.

Analog Devices will jointly develop radar and lidar sensing and navigation applications for the "Apollo project" with Baidu.

After a few years of internal development, Baidu decided to open its autopilot technology to third parties last year to promote technology development and better compete with American companies such as Google and Tesla.

Analog Devices said the partnership will focus on providing solutions for "intelligent connectivity that is crucial to the future of smart transportation".
