Feng Shengzhong: Compared with the needs of current economic and social development, infrastructure construction needs to be ahead of schedule. The construction of supercomputers is also true. Of course, because the supercomputer life cycle is less than 10 years, too advanced is also wasteful, the state should increase the overall planning in this regard. But more importantly, attention should be paid to the application of supercomputers. Over the years, the breadth and depth of China's application of supernumeracy have greatly expanded, won two Gordon Bell Awards, but the room for improvement is still very large. In my opinion, we should consider establishing several national centers for the application and innovation of supercomputing technology and increasing the application of supercomputer technology.
This is also the direction our country has been trying hard to calculate the Shenzhen center. Shenzhen, as a city of scientific and technological innovation, has built a large number of top-level scientific research institutions such as Pengcheng Laboratory and Southern University of Science and Technology.
