A judgment on the website of the Chinese Judge lists the faults of Yang: he was sentenced to two years'imprisonment in October 1992 for intentional injury; he was sentenced to three years' imprisonment in October 2001 for drug trafficking; and he was sentenced to nine months'imprisonment in October 2005 for aggression. Zero three days; one year's imprisonment and one year's probation for the crime of fire in May 2006; one year's imprisonment for extortion in August 2009 and release on May 25, 2014. He was also detained by Hengdong Public Security Bureau on August 31, 2017 on suspicion of robbery. On September 13, 2017, he was arrested with the approval of Hengdong People's Procuratorate. On the same day, he was arrested by Hengdong Public Security Bureau.
According to legal documents, Yang has been sentenced five times since 1992, involving intentional injury, drug trafficking, provocation, arson, extortion, robbery and other charges.
In addition, rumors about the suspect suffering from cancer, refereeing documents show: another found that the defendant Yangmou suffering from poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, coronary heart disease, secondary heart function and other diseases.
The court held that the defendant Yangmou forcibly took public and private property, the circumstances are serious, and his behavior has constituted a crime of causing trouble. Yang and other criminal offenders should be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment within five years of punishment. They should be given heavier punishment.
The judgment also shows that the prosecution at that time proposed to the defendant Yangmou in a fixed-term imprisonment of more than one year and less than two years of sentencing proposals.
On January 11 this year, the Hengdong Court of First Instance decided that Yang was guilty of causing trouble and sentenced to one year and six months'imprisonment until February 28, 2009.
