US companies filed 337 applications for LET and 3G compatible mobile communication devices
On September 13, 2018, INVT filed an application with the U.S. International Trade Commission under Section 337 of the U.S. Customs Act of 1930, accusing it of infringing its patents on LTE-and 3G-Compliant Cellular Communications Devices exported, imported or sold in the United States.
