Russian mobile operators sue HP: failure to build mobile networks frequent

According to Megafon's indictment, Hewlett-Packard's Russian subsidiary signed a $280 million contract with Megafon in 2013 to help Megafon upgrade its wireless network. But the system provided by HP enterprise helps Megafon store user data and services frequently.
